Culture may be defined as the characteristic way of believing and behaving in which a group of people has developed over time and shares in common, according to Tarique et al. (2022). Culture provides a sense of identity and guidance on appropriate behavior and gives a sense of belonging through heritage. Someone can best understand culture as having multiple layers. Some layers include surface culture (concrete/observable aspects like clothing, cuisine, concerts, artifacts, art, Holidays, styles, and games) and invisible culture (such as preferences, opinions, values, and beliefs). Culture is also identified at national, regional, organizational, and individual levels. 

Cultural competence is crucial to navigating and communicating effectively in global environments. It involves increasing awareness of one's cultural perspective, respecting and reconciling differences or biases, and eventually integrating and functioning with cultures that may be foreign to one own. The greater good of the WinNrG Group LLC is to strive for fairness in every sphere of business and community, hoping that all may thrive. While many cultures, lifestyles, languages, beliefs, and occupations exist, we can better appreciate cultural awareness through global perspectives.

 Poi P'Re began delving deeply into her true calling and purpose in life. While working over 30 years in the transportation industry, five years in ground transportation, two years for a Charter Airline, and 25 years for two Major Airlines, she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric in addition to studying Human Resources and Leadership as a graduate.

After many endeavors, she dealt with uncertainties in her life, which led her to become recommitted to Christ in 2018. Afterward, Poi P'Re began to realize the importance of brick and mortar of the soul. 

With a more robust understanding of her true calling and God-given gifts, talents, and skills, she's now committed to helping support others by being a BEAM ( Brand Enthusiast Achievement Mentor ™) to make a positive impact, however helpful.
